In Short

• Join the Portfolio Management team as a Senior Vice President.
• Build and manage an evergreen portfolio of direct co-investments.
• Perform due diligence on new investment opportunities.
• Manage portfolio construction across multiple strategies.
• Discuss strategy and investments with wealth platforms.
• Monitor portfolio performance and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Finance and Legal.
• 10+ years of experience in private equity investing required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills needed.
• Work in-office Monday-Thursday, remote on Fridays.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in private equity investing.
• Familiarity with risk management in portfolio construction.
• Experience in fundraising discussions.
• Experience with evergreen and/or registered offerings is a plus.
• Experience in the wealth space is a plus.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to problem-solve under pressure.
• Professional demeanor for interacting with senior personnel.

• Base salary range of $200,000 to $250,000.
