Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at 9amHealth, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction with our virtual cardiometabolic solutions.

In Short

  • Own a portfolio of clients from post-sale to implementation.
  • Build strong relationships and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across teams.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with actionable insights.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Act as a liaison between client teams and internal teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of services and industry trends.
  • Manage multiple clients with strong project management skills.
  • Drive client satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or client-facing roles.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Able to travel to the Encinitas, CA office 1–2 times per quarter.
