Senior Collections Specialist (Remote)

Overview

The Senior Collections Specialist acts as the customer-facing advocate between clients and the Loss Mitigation Group, focusing on maximizing the success of customer workouts while adhering to company and regulatory standards.

• Act as a customer advocate in collections processes.
• Manage mortgage loans in collaboration with the Loss Mitigation department.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in collections or loss mitigation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of CFPB and FDCPA guidelines preferred.
• Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong numeric aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
