In Short

  • Assist escrow branch operations with escrow transactions.
  • Prepare wires and checks for transfer.
  • Provide internal and external customer service.
  • Enter numeric and alphanumeric data into proprietary software.
  • Ensure file is properly balanced and reconcile any differences.
  • Participate in training and conference calls.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit feedback.
  • Possess effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in high-pressure situations.
  • 3+ years of Banking and/or Escrow Experience preferred.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Ability to write correspondence and speak effectively.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
  • Knowledge of settlement statements (HUD) is helpful.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and use company software systems.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
