  • MBA or MS is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a matrix environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of scalable solutions.
  • Ability to align customer needs with business strategies.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
