Overview

The 3PL Trainer at McKesson is responsible for conducting training sessions, documenting standard operating procedures, and developing content for training programs within the 3PL organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of training experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Ability to teach in various environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry-standard learning technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
