Associate Quality Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Associate Quality Engineer is responsible for quality inspections and monitoring operations for compliance with client and regulatory requirements, working in the Erlanger, KY Distribution Center.

In Short

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Manage client unit pulls and document reviews.
• Verify temperature device placement and shipping paperwork accuracy.
• Program temperature devices for outbound shipments.
• Assist with facility inspections and CAPA program.
• Review weekly temperature graphs from monitoring systems.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation.
• Work in varying temperature conditions in a warehouse environment.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Prior quality inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to express ideas clearly in written and oral communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in cold warehouse conditions.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
