Overview

The Account Manager is a critical role responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities within those accounts. This individual will act as a primary point of contact, understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction with ongoing projects, and strategically positioning our comprehensive suite of services, including custom software development (nearshore/offshore), client consulting, specialized offerings, and staff augmentation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Identify and partner with the sales organization for new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges or risks within accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop account plans.
  • Prepare and present proposals and statements of work.
  • Understand client business objectives and suggest relevant solutions.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of all active projects.
  • Track and report on key account metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with nearshore and/or offshore delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
