Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize automated marketing systems for our Enterprise (B2B) line of business.

In Short

• Manage, implement, and optimize marketing automation platforms including Braze and Pardot.
• Build and maintain automated email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
• Monitor and optimize automated campaigns to align with business objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven decisions for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, content, and creative teams for effective campaigns.
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics for marketing automation.
• Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Stay current on updates and best practices for marketing automation platforms.
• Identify and implement new strategies to streamline marketing workflows.
• Flexibility to accommodate global time zones for collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms such as Braze and Pardot.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Drift.
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing and automated campaigns.
• Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS, Ampscript, SQL, and Python.
• Strong data analysis skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
