The Global Partnerships Manager will lead a team to build strong relationships with first-party partners and successfully publish and promote titles on their platforms.

In Short

  • Liaise with first-party partners to launch products on their consoles and storefronts.
  • Lead a team of partner managers to maximize collaboration with platform partners.
  • Coordinate new game launches and marketing opportunities across the company.
  • Educate internal teams on platform features and guidelines.
  • Manage business relationships with major game engine partners.
  • Evaluate and execute on new growth initiatives from platform partners.
  • Leverage data to recommend product features or changes.
  • Present company and product data to platform partners for strategic initiatives.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on release schedules and initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot issues with internal groups during the development cycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of account management and/or operations experience.
  • Passion for video games and marketing partnerships.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record as an effective manager.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
  • Eagerness to learn new subject matter.
