Overview

The Director of the Global Travel and Emergency Response Center will define and manage the global travel policy while overseeing emergency response operations, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency across a 24/7 global center.

  • Oversee all aspects of the Emergency Response Center.
  • Negotiate contracts with travel vendors.
  • Monitor traveler frequency and costs to optimize the travel program.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for emergency response.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with governance routines.
  • Provide monthly reports to the Finance team.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in business, finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of client/account management experience.
  • Experience with global travel programs is a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of data privacy laws.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Project or program management experience.
  • Able to travel as required.
