Overview

The HRFS Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day productivity across assigned clients, focusing on delivering high-quality payroll and human capital management solutions.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Payroll, HCM, and Talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Outsourcing.
• In-depth knowledge of HR, payroll, and project management.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to change.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and consultative skills.
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Experience with service delivery models.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
