Solutions Engineer, Commercial (German) - Remote

Overview

The 1Password Solutions Engineering team is a valuable resource to our customers and fellow Go-to-Market team members, collaborating with various departments to support sales and customer needs.

In Short

• Support sales teams with customer requests and learning resources.
• Assist customers with compliance needs and vendor registration.
• Create video and knowledge base content.
• Facilitate customer office hours, demos, and technical consultations.
• Increase adoption and reduce friction for customers.
• Work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Engage with SMB and Commercial customers.
• Respond to vendor requests and security questionnaires.
• Provide training to customers and team members.
• Drive projects with limited guidance.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German.
• 3+ years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment.
• Ability to disseminate technical information for a general audience.
• Superior presentation and communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and quality.
• Excitement for investigating and exploring solutions.
• Strong level of autonomy.
• Highly adaptable with project management skills.
• Experience with 1Password or similar tools is a bonus.
• Familiarity with SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and SaaS.
