Overview

The Senior Technical Enablement Manager at 1Password will empower internal technical teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in a fast-paced environment, driving product understanding and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the design and delivery of technical training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align training content with product features.

• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in technical training or enablement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop expertise in 1Password’s architecture.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter.
