In Short

• Own and improve the Technical Onboarding program and Tech Mentorship program.
• Manage the administration of the onboarding program including communications and asset distribution.
• Collaborate with teams to create and refine training materials.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Measure and enhance the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product knowledge and skill development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical enablement or training.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Understanding of the needs of technical audiences.
• Exceptional communication and content creation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Passion for education and developing impactful learning programs.
