Overview

As an Analyst Relations Director at 1Password, you will lead and elevate our global AR program, positioning 1Password as a leader in the Extended Access Management category.

In Short

• Develop and execute an AR strategy in the US and EMEA.
• Build relationships with analysts covering cybersecurity and identity security.
• Craft narratives connecting platform vision and customer success.
• Manage inquiries, briefings, and report deadlines.
• Drive participation in key analyst evaluations.
• Lead high-touch analyst engagements and prepare compelling materials.
• Attend and represent 1Password at industry conferences.
• Coach executives for effective analyst engagements.
• Monitor analyst research and surface insights.
• Oversee metrics for AR program success.

Requirements

• 8+ years in analyst relations in cybersecurity.
• Experience in building a new category to an analyst audience.
• Proven track record in securing placements in major analyst reports.
• Strong relationships with cybersecurity analysts.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Global AR experience is a plus.
