Operative Control & Business Development Specialist - South West Region - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will ensure the efficient utilization of existing systems and optimize processes while collaborating closely with leadership to enhance operational support and financial performance.

• Ensure efficient use of existing systems and optimize processes.
• Analyze the organization to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Responsible for performance controlling and financial monitoring.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and the global finance team.
• Control assembly efficiency and analyze profitability of projects.
• Track and enforce open receivables for healthy cash flow.
• Support branches in strategic and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with several years of experience in controlling.
• Experience in working with executives and presenting financial information to C-level.
• Willingness to travel within locations in Baden-Württemberg.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with LucaNet and DATEV is a plus.
• Team-oriented with high initiative.
