Controlling & Business Development Operative - Eastern Region - Remote

Overview

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform “Heartbeat” to create a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations, significantly increasing the profitability of interconnected customer systems.

In Short

• Ensure efficient use of existing systems and optimize processes.
• Continuous analysis of the organization to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Responsible for performance controlling and financial monitoring & forecasting.
• Close collaboration with regional leaders and the global finance team.
• Controlling assembly efficiency and analyzing profitability of individual orders.
• Tracking and enforcing open receivables to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Support branches in the region with strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in collaboration with executives and presenting financial information to C-level.
• Willingness to travel within the Eastern region.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ideally with LucaNet and DATEV experience.
• Team-oriented work style and high initiative.
