The position involves ensuring the efficient use of existing systems, optimizing processes, and providing operational support to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• Ensure efficient use of existing systems and optimize processes.
• Analyze the organization to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Responsible for performance controlling and financial monitoring.

• Control assembly efficiency and analyze profitability of individual orders.
• Track and enforce open receivables to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Support regional branches in implementing strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with several years of experience in controlling.
• Experience working with executives and presenting financial information to C-level.
• Willingness to travel within locations in Bavaria.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with LucaNet and DATEV is a plus.
• Team-oriented with high initiative.
