At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe’s leading energy software platform “Heartbeat” and creating a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations of our customers, significantly increasing the profitability of interconnected customer systems.

In Short

  • You will be responsible for the continuous development of quality management in the Customer Care area.
  • You will take care of the training and education of employees and the maintenance and expansion of our Knowledge Database.
  • In close collaboration with departments and the Head of Customer Care, you will develop KPIs and analysis processes to evaluate service and process quality.
  • You will analyze the service quality of internal and external teams across all service channels.
  • Based on your analyses, you will derive measures for optimizing training and knowledge structures, as well as process improvements in other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • In the absence of the B2C team leader, you will take over their responsibilities independently.
  • You will create regular quality reports and management presentations to present results.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the Customer Service area and have experience with training and quality assessment of employees.
  • You are technically savvy and eager to understand how everything related to renewable energies works.
  • You are communicative and enjoy helping people and making changes, able to explain complex processes in an understandable way.
  • You are willing to travel to Magdeburg to train employees on-site.
  • You speak fluent German (C-Level), and additional languages are advantageous.
