Audit Analyst - Freight Audit - Remote

Overview

The Audit Analyst is responsible for ensuring a continuous and uninterrupted invoice and shipment data audit process, providing support to various roles within the Operations department and proactively addressing issues.

In Short

• Support Operations department roles in issue resolution.
• Analyze data to identify and address problematic areas.
• Collaborate with IT to establish effective business rules.
• Work with Shippers and Carriers to implement processing changes.
• Proactively escalate issues to Team Lead.
• Maintain documentation and communication via JIRA.
• Finalize invoice audit processes within payment terms.
• Meet internal KPIs for data processing and SLA.
• Utilize knowledge of Transporeon Freight Audit processes.
• Engage in root cause analysis and problem solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, Economics, Banking, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Operations.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of FRED system and JIRA.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Organized, flexible, and customer-oriented.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
