Overview

The Principal Technical Architect is a strategic, customer-facing role that combines business, technical, and sales skills to help clients achieve an omni-channel customer experience through the Salesforce platform.

In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and the Marketing Solutions Engineering team.
• Develop technical integration approaches and architecture diagrams.
• Create presentations and prototypes to demonstrate business value.

• Experience in designing data flows and delivering presentations to senior audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in consulting and solution design.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing processes.
• Experience with data integrations and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data governance.
• Knowledge of web development languages and protocols.
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to facilitate customer-focused workshops.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technology role.
