District Manager - Remote

Join Ecolab’s industry leading Pest Elimination team as a District Manager, where you will manage a service portfolio and lead a team providing pest detection and elimination solutions.

In Short

• Manage a service portfolio in a designated geographical area.
• Develop and lead a team of Pest Elimination Service Specialists.
• Ensure service excellence and manage open routes.
• Pursue sales opportunities and perform quality assurance visits.
• Participate in recruiting, selecting, and coaching team members.
• Drive performance management and customer retention.
• Oversee district P&L to maximize profitability.
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve district goals.
• Manage area business processes for route productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Ecolab protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree and 1 year of Ecolab or people management experience.
• More than 1 year experience as a Health & Safety Champion.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% including overnight for business.
• Ability to obtain RSPH Level 2 Pest Management Award.
• Pest industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing a remote workforce.
