Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating freight movement according to customer needs, ensuring timely communication and updates regarding shipments.

In Short

• Manage the customer board and confirm pick up and deliveries.
• Email and call clients with shipment updates.
• Track and trace merchandise for timely updates.
• 3 to 4 years of experience required.
• Enter pro numbers and obtain PODs after deliveries.
• Provide key clients with specialized customer service.
• Request missing PODs from carriers.
• Provide daily reports to key clients.
• Inform dispatchers of required delivery appointments.
• Support dispatchers with data entry as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (60% Spanish, 40% English).
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Experience in freight or logistics is a plus.
