Customer Service Agent - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Dialing Agent to join our team. As a Dialing Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, and issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

In Short

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Good to have at least 1 - 2 years of experience doing outbound calls in a BPO/high-volume environment, freshers are also welcome
• Must be open to graveyard shift/shifting schedules
• Preferably someone with experience in Customer Service, Voice based Support, very good communication skills, and good stability.
• Must have a laptop or desktop which meets the minimum qualifications.
• A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.

Benefits
