Developer Advocate - Remote

Overview

As a Developer Advocate at Zyte, you will be the bridge between our technology and the developer community, sharing knowledge and empowering developers to utilize Zyte’s products effectively.

In Short

• Create and share high-quality content (articles, videos, webinars, sample code) that showcases how to use Zyte’s tools.
• Engage with developers across social platforms, forums, and communities, helping them solve web scraping and data extraction challenges.
• Deliver talks, demos, and workshops at industry and developer-focused events.
• Write blog posts for Zyte and external platforms.
• Identify and support community advocates and leaders who are passionate about web data.
• Provide feedback from the community to internal teams, influencing product and documentation improvements.
• Contribute to improving and expanding Zyte’s developer documentation.
• Regularly post technical and community-focused content on Zyte’s developer channels.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of web scraping and data extraction.
• Experience with Zyte API and Scrapy is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in creating technical content and resources.
• Ability to engage with a community and build relationships.
• Experience in public speaking or presenting at events.
• Familiarity with social media and online developer communities.
• Strong coding skills in relevant programming languages.
