Developer Advocate - Remote

Overview

As a Developer Advocate at Zyte, you’ll help developers discover and succeed with our tools — especially Zyte API and Scrapy. You’ll create content, sample projects and tutorials; engage with community and bring real developer feedback back to our product and marketing teams.

In Short

• Create developer-friendly content (articles, videos, webinars, code samples, and tutorials)
• Show how to solve web scraping and data extraction challenges using Zyte tools
• Engage with developer communities via social media, forums and events
• Speak at or attend tech meetups, conferences and virtual sessions (with support if needed!)
• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to share community insights
• Highlight and support external community members who use and share our tools
• Contribute ideas to improve documentation and learning resources
• Share updates with developers across the channels you’re comfortable with (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, forums, etc.)

Requirements

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Experience with web scraping and data extraction is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to create engaging content
• Experience in community engagement is beneficial
