Overview

The Senior Product Support Engineer at Zscaler will be responsible for providing expert support for complex security and network issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and contributing to customer success through effective troubleshooting and mentorship.

In Short

• Provide second line phone/email consultation for debugging security/network problems.
• Partner with Engineering for testing and troubleshooting.
• Reproduce customer issues and document resolutions.
• Develop training programs and mentor other engineers.
• Provide input on product and code changes based on customer use-cases.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting SSL, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of network transformation technologies like MPLS and SD-WAN.
• Ability to read packet captures.
• Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
