Deputy Manager - SOX Transformation & System Implementation - Remote

Overview

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for leading SOX transformation initiatives and system implementations within the Internal Audit team at Zscaler, a leader in cloud security.

• Evaluate system/tool implementations from a SOX perspective.
• Assist in SOX transformation and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with business units to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead internal audit reviews according to local requirements.
• Enhance internal audit processes through new technology adoption.
• Design SOPs and guidelines for the Internal Audit Team.
• Track control reviews and rationalization efforts.
• Work on internal projects for timely SOX compliance.
• Support the global infrastructure of Zscaler.
• Contribute to a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SOX, Internal Audit, and Business transformation.
• Qualified CA is mandatory.
• CISA certification preferred.
• Experience with Alteryx, ERP systems, and IT controls.
• Proficiency in Workato, Tableau, and UI Path is a plus.
