Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Zscaler, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our cybersecurity solutions.

In Short

  • Develop strong relationships with customers from onboarding to renewal.
  • Partner with sales for customer renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and mitigate risks.

  • Deliver against quarterly OKRs and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a Customer Success role, preferably in SaaS.
  • 2+ years supporting enterprise customers.
  • 2+ years in information security.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
  • Data analysis skills to track customer metrics and KPIs.
