• Steer the pricing efforts that drive sales and margin performance in the Europe region.
• Lead and develop a team of regional pricing managers and collaborate with central and regional leadership.
• Review regional and country-level goals for Net Sales, Volume and Contribution Margin.
• Monitor and report on regional and local pricing performance.
• Use data-driven analysis to understand pricing performance and root causes.
• Develop strategies to close gaps and improve pricing performance.
• Lead pricing strategy meetings and workshops.
• Advise regional and country leadership in pricing-related topics.
• Provide guidance and training to improve understanding of pricing strategies.
• Fluency in English and German strongly desired.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in pricing management.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of leading teams.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel and pricing software.
• Fluency in English and German strongly desired.
