Marketing Automation Manager - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Automation Manager will support the implementation, maintenance, and operation of our marketing systems landscape around HubSpot, developing lead nurturing paths and automation workflows to actively shape our customer journey processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and structured working style.
• Interest in optimizing marketing processes.
• Technical affinity with marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to derive decisions from data and communicate complex information.
• Fluent communication in German (C1 level) and English.
