Overview

We are seeking a strategic thinker to enhance our brand identity and product positioning as a Brand Strategy Manager. You will be the central interface that brings together impulses from the entire company to establish a sharp market profile and support our sustainable growth.

In Short

• Develop and maintain a consistent messaging framework to highlight our strengths.
• Continuously evolve our brand and product positioning through stakeholder input.
• Ensure strategic alignment with designers for a harmonious visual appearance.
• Collaborate with the Communication team for consistent messaging across channels.
• Integrate valuable insights from sales into our brand strategy.
• Optimize market presence through market surveys and shared learnings.
• This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week, with the option to work 100% remotely or use co-working spaces in various cities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in brand strategy or management.
• Expertise in healthcare or digital health, ideally with experience targeting doctors.
• Ability to translate complex market conditions into simple, compelling messages.
• Act as a competent partner by integrating perspectives from design, sales, and communication.
• Demonstrate self-organization and a structured working style.
• Fluency in German at C1 level is mandatory.
