Overview

As a leader in the Strategy team at Wonderful Strategy Group, you will independently drive complex, high-impact initiatives and form partnerships with company leadership while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Executive presence and experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Experience managing and developing team members.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills to drive complex projects independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
