Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for managing the Improvac Education and Training Process for Zoetis Nordics, primarily in Denmark, by executing Best in Class Customer Service Programs.

In Short

• Manage training of barn staff in vaccination theory and practical execution.
• Certify barn staff in the correct use of vaccines.
• Conduct quality checks of vaccinations.
• Assist with practical execution of vaccinations at the farm level.
• Collect and report important information within Zoetis Data System.
• Act as a liaison between producers and Zoetis.
• Follow all safety and precautionary procedures.
• Communicate regularly with the supervisor.
• Travel 60-80% of the time.
• Work in potentially hazardous environments on swine farms.

Requirements

• Vocational education in agriculture, zookeeper, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of related experience.
• Strong technical insight in swine production and management.
• Proficient organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and self-starter.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic computer skills using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bilingual in English and Danish.
