Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site support to BD customers, including installation and service of diagnostic instrumentation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service documentation.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience in field service roles.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with medical devices preferred.
• Technical training in Electronics or Engineering is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
