We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our global support team and help customers succeed by troubleshooting issues and delivering a strong support experience.

In Short

  • Manage customer support tickets from intake through resolution.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across workflows and platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop product expertise and become a subject matter expert.
  • Create and maintain support documentation.
  • Support critical customer operations with escalation handling.
  • Work with global enterprise customers across various industries.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical or application support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate clearly.
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
  • Technical fluency with enterprise software and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with support tools like Jira and Zendesk.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
