  • Maintain and understand relevant sales tools.

  • Compensation includes base pay and incentive compensation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in a full cycle B2B sales role.
  • Ability to articulate a compelling value proposition.
  • Experience in managing a large book of business.
  • Understanding of the competitive real estate landscape.
  • Ability to assess customer pipeline health.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Curiosity and empathy in customer interactions.
