The Pricing & Packaging Strategy Director will lead pricing strategies and monetization efforts across Zillow's Agent solutions portfolio, translating product innovation into revenue reality.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Pricing and Monetization within Enterprise Software.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in Management Consulting is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements.
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
