Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage origination.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Active mortgage loan originator (MLO) license in D.C. and multiple states.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and LOS software.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for market engagement.
• Proven success in handling purchase loans.
