• Portfolio showcasing UX research projects.
• Experience in retail or eCommerce preferred.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Understanding of cultural design and localization practices.
• UX Writing experience is a plus.
