Manager, Co-Pack Operations - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for the oversight of Zevia’s co-pack manufacturing locations, managing relationships and ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.

In Short

• Manage collaboration with co-packers for certification runs and new product launches.
• Provide support in food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation.
• Focus on waste reduction and productivity improvements.
• Develop and improve co-packer programs and procedures.
• Mentor and train co-packer teams.
• Participate in team activities for process improvement.
• Create SOPs for new procedures.
• Collaborate on new products and initiatives.
• Provide support for quality and manufacturing processes.
• Implement procedures to increase productivity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in beverage manufacturing.
• Experience in roles such as plant manager or operations manager.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or six-sigma preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of high-speed filling equipment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understanding of food manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
