• You will lead our growing company as Operations Manager, overseeing a team of 5-8 members.
• Ensure efficient project completion and smooth operations during evening events and weekends.
• Work closely with management to coordinate team activities and internal processes.
• Optimize existing processes and develop new workflows for online programs and internal operations.
• Plan and coordinate resources for coaching programs and manage task distribution.
• Understand the importance of energy in communication and motivate the team effectively.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a dynamic service-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proven success in process optimization.
• Proficient with digital tools and a willingness to learn.
• Very good English skills are essential due to international work.
