Overview

The Senior Product Head, Deposits and Liabilities will lead the product strategy and management for Zeta's banking technology solutions in the US market, focusing on demand deposits and savings accounts.

In Short

• Define quarterly roadmap for Tachyon Deposits and ITP.
• Assist in building and maintaining the Zeta Tachyon Demand Deposit Platform.
• Support operations teams in defining SOPs for Deposit Operations.
• Integrate with external vendors and networks for compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support sales efforts with SaaS and platform pitches.
• Interface with customer teams for requirement gathering.
• Translate market needs into product specifications.
• Engage with cross-functional teams for product development.
• Articulate complex technical products to business stakeholders.
• Provide subject matter expertise in ongoing projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Strategy or Implementation for Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of U.S. banking and payments ecosystem.
• Experience with issuer-side banking systems.
• Knowledge of core banking architecture.
• Expertise in Deposit Operations and compliance.
• Familiarity with U.S. payment rails.
• Experience with KYC/IDV and AML tools.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Collaborative experience with engineering teams.
