• Manage and lead Services personnel and teams for customer engagement.
• Partner with Sales Account Executives for effective renewal strategies.
• Plan and present reports on account progress and initiatives.
• Coordinate collaboration across Intel and Services teams.
• Develop high-trust relationships with Customers.
• Strategic planning to improve Customer outcomes.
• Act as an advocate for Customer concerns.
