Overview

The Manager, Donor Engagement & Response will drive multichannel fundraising efforts, enhance donor engagement, and support revenue growth for ZERO Prostate Cancer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in direct-response fundraising and individual giving.
• Strong skills in copywriting and editing.
• Proficiency in fundraising technologies.
• Experience in donor segmentation and audience development.
• Ability to interpret donor behavior and fundraising metrics.
• Strong project management experience.
• Comfortable managing fundraising platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with development teams and leadership.
