(Senior) Brand & Marketing Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Designer who can independently implement and further develop our visual marketing and sales assets.

In Short

• Implementation of marketing and sales materials
• Design of digital campaign assets, websites, landing pages, and performance creatives
• Creation of presentations, lecture slides, and content formats (e.g., whitepapers, brochures, webinars)
• Translation of requirements into design solutions
• Ensuring a consistent brand presence
• Application and further development of the design system and brand guidelines across all touchpoints
• Independent and efficient working style
• Prioritization and management of multiple projects with high quality demands
• Collaboration within the team
• Close coordination with marketing, product, and sales, as well as providing professional support to our student assistant

Requirements

• Several years of experience (3–5+ years) in graphic or communication design in the digital environment (ideally SaaS)
• Strong portfolio focusing on branding, campaigns, and digital applications (please submit)
• Structured, independent working style and a good understanding of marketing and business goals
• Experience in the development and application of design systems and brand guidelines
• Experience in designing digital marketing assets (e.g., websites, landing pages, campaigns, presentations, and content formats)
• Experience with paid performance creatives (Google / Meta) is a plus
• Proficient in Figma and common design tools
• High quality standards without getting lost in details
• Very good German skills (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
