Senior Social Media Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to elevate our visibility and positioning through strategic and operational expansion of our LinkedIn presence and other social media channels, in collaboration with our CEO and marketing team.

In Short

• Develop and manage our organic social media strategy focused on LinkedIn and Meta, with plans for TikTok and YouTube.
• Build thought leadership formats for our management from idea to publication.
• Independently conceptualize, produce, and publish content including video, text, and visuals.
• Test new formats and platforms, analyze results, and develop best practices.
• Actively contribute ideas to our marketing strategy and collaborate closely with paid, content, design, and brand teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in social media, particularly in B2B/SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of platform logics, especially LinkedIn, including personal branding.
• Ability to engage our B2B audience in a professional manner, contributing to brand building and lead generation.
• Hands-on mentality with skills in video production and tools like Canva, CapCut, or Descript.
• Proficient in using tools and AI applications for creative content creation.
• A passion for storytelling, speed, and working independently.
