Overview

As an Account Manager - Disposition, you will play a key role in the Zenjob team, acting as the central contact for large and important customer projects, developing individual staffing strategies, and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Project management skills and experience in developing new processes.
  • Hands-on mentality to drive client success.
  • High affinity for digital solutions and tools like Salesforce, Aircall, and Asana.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Self-initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and flexibility.
  • Willingness for regular client visits and long-term partnership maintenance.
