Overview

The Customer Success Strategy Team is responsible for training Zendesk's Global Customer Success Team on key tools, processes, and product knowledge, aiming to measure the effectiveness of enablement post-learning.

In Short

  • Design and implement training programs for Customer Success.

  • Lead live enablement sessions and certifications.
  • Administer and grade assignments and assessments.
  • Manage logistics for enablement programs.
  • Update training materials for accuracy and relevance.
  • Measure program effectiveness with KPIs.
  • Collaborate with SMEs for content alignment.
  • Participate in broader team initiatives.
  • Support the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in training and development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in learning technologies and virtual delivery tools.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt training styles based on learner needs.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Customer Success experience preferred.
  • SaaS and/or CCaaS experience preferred.
  • Gainsight experience preferred.
